You may knock on any door and ask for water if it’s too hot because I adore my people. You will be given a bag full of food and water for your journey once the people at the door ask you how far you need to travel.
I did so and requested merely water, but they warned me that if I didn’t accept this bag, they would become irate. They were saying this to me because my family had warned me that they were strangers to me and that I was a stranger to them.
