A 10 TPH Mineral Gravity Processing Plant Mining has two main stages. The first stage involves the mining of heavy minerals. The next step involves the processing of the feed material. The coarse material is first separated from the unwanted tailings and the heavy minerals by gravity concentrator stages. Next, the concentrates undergo magnetic fractionation using wet high-intensity magnetic separators (WHIMS). The non-magnetic particles are disposed of in the tailings, while the magnets are upgraded through an up-current classification. This results in the high-grade heavy mineral concentrate.
